General Conditions of Sale

The following General Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this website www.laversionedigunter.com (Site).

The products purchased on the Site are offered and sold by GUNTER S.R.L., registered office Via Regina Pacis n. 32, 41049 Sassuolo (MO), share capital  20.000,00 euro full paid-up, VAT n. 03964530368, (henceforth denominated The Version of Gunter).

 

1. SCOPE

1.1 The sale of products through the Site (Products) constitutes a distance contract governed by Chapter I, Title III (articles 45 et seq.) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code) and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70, containing the discipline of electronic commerce.

1.2 The General Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time. Any changes and / or new conditions will be in force from the moment of their publication on the Site. For this reason, users are invited to regularly access the Site and to consult, before making any purchase, the most up-to-date version of the General Conditions of Sale. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date of sending the purchase order.

 

2. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE

2.1 Our services are only available to persons residing in the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. We will not accept orders from people living in excluded locations or with shared postal code with excluded locations.

La Versione di Gunter reserves the right to suspend access to its website, without prior notice, in a discretionary and temporal form, for technical or any other reason, unilaterally modifying both the conditions of access and all or part of the contents included in it. In all cases, La Versione di Gunter may terminate the subscription of any user who makes unethical, offensive, illegal or incorrect use of the content or services offered and/or contrary to the interests of the company La Versione di Gunter.

2.2 La Versione di Gunter reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that come from (a) a user with whom it has an ongoing legal dispute; (b) by a user who has previously violated these General Conditions of Sale; (c) by a user who has been involved in fraud of any kind and, in particular, in fraud related to credit card payments; (d) by users who have issued false, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate identification data.

2.3 With regard to purchases on the Site, it may occur that: the purchase process contains one or more material errors; the Product Sheet, as  defined below, contains incorrect information or material errors (eg .: the price of the Product); by material error a Product is indicated as available and instead it is not during the preparation of the order. In these cases, or in similar cases, you can request the cancellation of the order or obtain, in agreement with La Versione di Gunter, a different Product, subject to any adjustment relating to the purchase cost.

 

3. PURCHASES ON THE SITE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

3.1 With reference to Italian citizens, sales on the Site of alcoholic beverages are reserved only for those who have reached the age of 18. 

The buyer who is not an Italian citizen can purchase Products on the Site only if he is of legal age with respect to his national law. If there is no legislation in this regard, you must be at least 21 years old.

In any case, when making purchases on the Site you undertakes to indemnify La Versione di Gunter from any liability in the event that you have made purchases on the Site without respecting its national law on purchase limits for reasons of age.

 

4. REGISTRATION TO THE SITE

4.1 The purchase of Products on the Site is permitted to registered users or users who have provided a valid email address in order to carry out the guest check-out.

4.2 Your  personal registration credentials must be used exclusively by you and cannot be transferred to third parties. By registering on the site you guarantee that the personal information provided during the registration process is complete and truthful.
By registering on the site you agree to hold La Versione di Gunter harmless from any damage, compensation obligation and / or sanction arising from and / or in any way related to the violation by you of the rules on registration on the Site or on the retention of registration credentials.

4.3 Each customer of La Versione di Gunter is entitled to only one account, in the event that you have more than one account, La Versione di Gunter reserves the right to delete your accounts without notification and to block any further activity on the site.

4.4 You can cancel your account by selecting the appropriate option within the site. The cancellation of the Account cannot take place until a subscription is active.

 

5. PURCHASE ORDERS - PRODUCT INFORMATION

5.1 After placing an order through our order form, you will receive an email from La Versione di Gunter confirming receipt of your order.  Please note that this email does not mean that the order has been accepted. Your order consists of an offer to La Versione di Gunter to purchase Products or to subscribe to a Service. The contract between the parties (Contract) will be concluded at the time you receive the shipping confirmation. 

5.2 The Contract will refer only to those Products that we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be obliged to provide any other Product that may have been part of your order until the time of confirmation of the shipment of such Products in a separate Shipping Confirmation.

5.3 La Versione di Gunter will process the purchase order, and then ship the purchased Product, only after receiving confirmation of the authorization to pay the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price, delivery costs, if applied, and any other additional cost, as indicated in the order form (Total Amount Due). In the event that the Total Amount Due is not paid or the successful outcome of the payment is not confirmed, the purchase contract will therefore be considered terminated by right pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code.

5.4 Each Product is accompanied by a Product Sheet. The images and descriptions on the Site reproduce as faithfully as possible the characteristics of the Products. The images of the Product in the Product Sheet may also differ in year and / or size or in relation to any accessory products. These images must therefore be understood as indicative and with the tolerances of use. For the purposes of the purchase contract, the description of the Product contained in the order form that we will send you will prevail.

5.5 Some products contain sulphites, as the very process of wine production implies the presence of sulphites in the wine. However, it is possible that other sulphites are added to the wine production process; in some cases, however, it is possible that in a wine there are no "added" sulphites.

 

6. SERVICESOR SUBSCRIPTION

6.1 By becoming an "Explorer" and subscribing to our services, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

6.2. The product  in stock is subject to availability, if you place your order before the 15th of the month your subscription will start in that month. For example, if you subscribe on  January 15th or earlier, your subscription will start with the January bottle. If you place your order from the 16th onwards, your subscription will start in the following month.

If you place an order before the 15th of the month, your first bottle will be shipped on  the 16th of the same month. Then we will aim to ship all future bottles towards the first day of each month. Please note that there may be occasions when there are shipping delays and/or back-orders of products due to unforeseen problems that may affect procurement with the different wineries. Each estimated delivery date is an estimate only, and you won't be able to claim a refund for an unexpected delay. As soon as your bottle is on the road, you will receive a confirmation email from the shipper containing a tracking number that will allow you to monitor its trip. It will not be possible to request refunds for unforeseen delays.

6.3 If you want to change your shipping address during your subscription, you can do so through your Account and the new address will be effective the following month. If you change the shipping address on your Account after the next month's bottle has been shipped, we may not be able to deliver it to you.

6.4 You will not be able to cancel your subscription until the subscription ends.

6.5 By subscribing to La Versione di Gunter, you agree to pay periodically for the duration of the subscription or until cancelled by La Versione di Gunter, in accordance with the subscription terms set forth when completing the Completed Entry Form.

6.6 La Versione di Gunter may require monthly charges without further authorization from you, until you provide notification that you wish to terminate this authorization or change your payment method. Such notification will not cover charges that occurred prior to La Versione di Gunter own possibility of acting. 

6.7 We reserve the right in our absolute discretion not to renew your subscription at any time without giving any reason for our decision and/or to  cancel your subscription at any time if we find a breach of these Terms. 

 

7. PRICE AND PAYMENT

7.1 The price of the Products and our delivery rates will be those indicated on our site, except in cases of obvious errors.

7.2 Prices include VAT.

7.3 Product prices and shipping costs may be subject to change at any time, but such changes will not apply to orders for which we have already sent a Shipping Confirmation.

7.4 Payment for all Products and Services must be made by debit or credit cards. We accept payments via all credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

7.5 In order to guarantee the security of payments made on the Site and prevent any fraud, La Versione di Gunter reserves the right to ask you, by e-mail, to send, by the same means, a copy of the front / back of your identity card and, in the event that the holder of the order is different from the cardholder, of the identity card of the latter. The document must be valid. The request e-mail will specify the deadline within which the document must reach La Versione di Gunter. This period will not, in any case, exceed 5 working days from when you have received the request. Pending the requested document, the order will be suspended. In any case, you will be required to send the required documents within the indicated term.

7.6 In the event that La Versione di Gunter does not receive such documents within the period specified in the request e-mail or receives expired or invalid documents, the contract will be considered terminated by right pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code and La Versione di Gunter may reserve the right to cancel the order, with a consequent refund of the Total Amount Due.

7.7 In the event of receipt by La Versione di Gunter of valid documentation within the term indicated in the e-mail referred to in art. 7.5 above, the delivery terms will start from the date of receipt of the same.

7.8 The confidential data of the credit card (card number, holder, expiration date, security code) are encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor without passing through the servers used by La Versione di Gunter. La Versione di Gunter therefore never has access to and does not store the data of the credit card that you have used for the payment of the Products (this even in the event that you have decided to store the credit card data on the Site), with the exception of the name of the credit card holder.

7.9 For subscription services, you have the right to pay in advance the total amount of the subscription or to pay the monthly amount. In case of prepayment, the full amount of the annual subscription will be charged to your credit card at the time of subscribing to the service.  In case of monthly payment of the subscription, the first payment will be made on the date of shipment of the first bottle (16 of the month if subscribed by the 15th, 1 of the following month if subscribed after the 15th).  For the second and subsequent payments, you will be automatically charged on the first of each month.

 

8. SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT

8.1 It is possible to purchase from La Versione di Gunter a subscription as a gift for the duration of three or more months (maximum 12 months) from  La Versione di Gunter website.

8.2 During the subscription you will be asked for all the data of the receiver of the gift and an email to which La Versione di Gunter will send the code to take advantage of the gift subscription.  Given the possibility that the aforementioned email ends up in the receiver's spam box,  we ask you to verify that the subscription has actually been redeemed by the receiver. Each gift subscription can be redeemed within 6 months of subscribing to the service.

8.3 a Versione di Gunter declines all responsibility in the event that the e-mail provided for the delivery of the code necessary for the redemption of the subscription is incorrect. We therefore invite you to pay close attention to the e-mail you provide us.

8.4 For the regulation of withdrawal, please refer to paragraph 12, in any case it will not be possible to withdraw from the service if the receiver of the subscription as a gift has already redeemed it.  The receiver of the gift subscription will not be able to request a refund or transfer the subscription to third parties.

8.5 For this type of subscription, full payment is required at the time of subscription of the service.

 

9. VOUCHERS, GIFT CARDS AND COUPONS

9.1 La Versione di Gunter also offers gift cards, promotional discounts and other types of vouchers (Vouchers) that require activation. All these terms and conditions will become applicable between La Versione di Gunter and the Voucher holder (Holder) when the Holder redeems the Voucher.

9.2 A Voucher may only be used once by its Holder and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or published directly or indirectly in any form or stored in data recovery systems without our prior written consent.

9.3 We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any Voucher (other than prepaid gift cards) for any reason and at any time.

9.4 Vouchers can be redeemed through the Website www.LAVERSIONEDIGUNTER.com and not through other websites or means of communication. To use the Voucher, your unique code will be required during online checkout and the use of such code will be considered as a confirmation of the agreement to these terms and conditions and any other special conditions related to the Voucher.

9.5 Any discounts associated with vouchers apply only to the price of the Products ordered and not to shipping costs, which will be chargeable at normal rates.

9.6 Any Gift Card or Voucher may only be used within 365 days of its issuance by La Versione di Gunter.

 

10. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

10.1 The products offered on the Site are limited in number. It may therefore happen, also due to the possibility that several users purchase the same Product at the same time, that the ordered Product is no longer available after the transmission of the purchase order.

10.2 In any case of unavailability of the ordered Product, without prejudice to the rights attributed to the user by law, and, in particular, by Chapter XIV of Title II of Book IV of the Civil Code, you will be  promptly informed by e-mail or telephone.  You will therefore be entitled to terminate the contract, pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of Article 61, IV and V paragraphs, of the Consumer Code. In the event  that you make use of the right of termination pursuant to Art. 61, IV and V paragraph, Consumer Code or in any case in which the payment of the Total Amount Due has already taken place, La Versione di Gunter will refund this amount without undue delay and, in any case, within the maximum term of 15 working days from the date of collection. This amount will normally be credited to the same means of payment that you used for the purchase or the different means agreed between you and La Versione di Gunter. Any delays in crediting may depend on the bank, the type of credit card or the payment solution used.

10.3 In the case of orders concerning a plurality of Products (Multiple Order), if the unavailability concerns only some Products covered by the Multiple Order, without prejudice to the rights attributed to the user by law, and, in particular, by Chapter XIV of Title II of Book IV of the Civil Code, and without prejudice to the application of Article 10.2, La Versione di Gunter will notify you immediately by e-mail or telephone.  You will therefore be entitled to terminate the contract, limited to the Product(s) that has become unavailable, pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of Article 61, IV and V paragraph, of the Consumer Code. In the event that you exercise the right of termination referred to in Article 61, IV and V paragraph, Consumer Code, in relation to the Product(s) that has become unavailable or in any case in which the payment of the Total Amount Due has already taken place, La Versione di Gunter will refund the amount due in relation to such Product(s),  including delivery costs and any other additional cost due in relation to these Products (Partial Amount Due) without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 15 working days from the sending of the order. The amount of the refund  will be communicated to you by e-mail or telephone. This amount will be credited to the same means of payment that you used for the purchase or through any agreed means. Any delays in crediting may depend on the bank, the type of credit card or the payment solution used. The resolution of the entire Multiple Order will be possible only in the case of evident and proven accessory nature of the Products covered by the Multiple Order that have become unavailable compared to the other Products covered by the Multiple Order available.

 

11. DELIVERY OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS

11.1 The amount of delivery costs in relation to a specific order is expressly and separately indicated (in Euros and inclusive of VAT) during the purchase process, in the order summary and, in any case, before you proceed with the transmission of the same. In the event of failure to indicate a specific delivery period, it will take place, in any case, within thirty days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The shipping costs of subscription products are included in the costs of the service.

11.2 The delivery obligation is fulfilled by transferring to you  the material availability or in any case the control of the Products.

11.3 In order to optimize the delivery process, the address you have indicated to us must be an address where delivery can be made within normal business hours. If at the time of delivery of the Product to the address indicated, you will be absent, the courier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to organize a new delivery. If, after 3 attempts, you do not contact the courier to agree on a new delivery date, the Products will be returned to the warehouse of La Versione di Gunter and you will have to bear the cost of the new shipment and return, as well as the possible associated management costs. In this case, you authorize us to order the payment platform to charge these charges to the bank card you provided to us when subscribing to the subscription.  La Versione di Gunter will not be liable for any errors or damage caused in the delivery when the delivery address  you have entered does not conform to the place of delivery you wish. Delivery is considered to have been made from the moment the product  was made available to you at the place of delivery indicated by you.

11.4 It is up to you to check the condition of the Product that has been delivered to you / that you have collected. Provided that the risk of loss or damage to the Products, for reasons not attributable to La Versione di Gunter, is transferred to you when you, or a third party  designated by yourself and other than the carrier, physically comes into possession of the Product, we therefore recommend that you verify the number of Products received and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials and we invite you, in your interest, to indicate on the carrier's transport document, any anomalies, accepting the package with RESERVE (eg damaged package, wet package, non-original scotch branded La Versione di Gunter). The acceptance of the Products without reservations, in fact, does not  allow you to take legal action against the courier and / or La Versione di Gunter, in the event of loss or damage to the Products, except in the case in which the loss or damage is due to willful misconduct or gross negligence of the courier itself and except for the partial loss or damage not recognizable at the time of delivery,  provided that in the latter case, the damage is reported as soon as it is known and no later than eight days after receipt. In the event that the packaging shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, we recommend thatyou promptly notify the Customer Service of La Versione di Gunter. If the order is not correctly delivered, please contact us within 30 days from the date of the order to allow us to make the appropriate checks with the courier. In any case, the application of the rules on the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity remains unaffected.

11.5 The provisions of Article 61 of the Consumer Code apply in the event that the purchased Product is not delivered or is delivered late compared to the delivery terms indicated during the purchase process and in the order confirmation.

11.6 Shipments of orders made on the Laversionedigunter website.com will only be possible in the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

 

12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

12.1 In the event that you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with La Versione di Gunter without incurring costs other than those indicated in this article and without having to specify the reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days (Withdrawal Period). The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days:

- in the case of an order relating to a single Product, from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and  designated by you, acquires physical possession of the Product;
- in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and  designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last Product;
- in the case of an order relating to the delivery of a Product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and  designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last batch or piece.

12.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must  inform La Versione di Gunter of your decision to withdraw, before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period.

12.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal you can send a request via the contact page with an explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract (Declaration of Withdrawal) or alternatively you can send an e-mail to the address hello@laversionedigunter.com . Since the burden of proof relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period is on you, it’s in your interest to keep a copy of the email sent to La Versione di Gunter with the Declaration of Withdrawal.

12.4 For the return of the Product, you  can use a carrier  of your choice with return costs at your expense: in this case, after exercising the right of withdrawal in the manner indicated in this article, you will return the Product to La Versione di Gunter, using a carrier to  your choice and at your expense, without undue delay and in any case within 20 calendar days from the date on which you communicated to La Versione di Gunter your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if I return the Product before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The Product, properly protected and packaged, must be sent to the following address: GUNTER S.R.L., registered office Via Regina Pacis n. 32, 41049 Sassuolo (MO).

The direct costs of returning the Product to La Versione di Gunter are at your expense. The return of the Product to La Versione di Gunter takes place under your responsibility.

If you have used a discount code for the purchase of the Product for which you have exercised the right of withdrawal, the refund will be made only with reference to the amount of money actually spent, and not also with regard to the value of the discount code.

12.5 If you withdraw from the contract, La Versione di Gunter will refund the Total Amount Due that you have paid for the Product, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which La Versione di Gunter received the Products subject to withdrawal in the same conditions in which they were sold. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction or the different means agreed between the parties; in any case, you will not haveto bear any additional costs as a result of such reimbursement.

12.6 In the event of partial withdrawal, the amount of delivery costs to be returned following the withdrawal will be calculated proportionally to the value of the goods subject to withdrawal.

12.7 You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a handling of the Product other than those necessary to recognize the Product with certainty. The Product must in any case be kept, handled and inspected with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, accompanied by all the accessories present, still attached to the Product and intact and not tampered with, as well as free of signs of wear or dirt. The withdrawal also applies to the Product in its entirety. It cannot therefore be exercised in relation to parts and / or accessories (which do not constitute autonomous Products) of the Product.

12.8 In the event that the withdrawal has not been exercised in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, it will not result in the termination of the contract and, consequently, will not give the right to any refund. La Versione di Gunter will notify you, rejecting the request for withdrawal. The Product, if already received by La Versione di Gunter, will remain with La Versione di Gunter at your disposal for collection which must take place at your expense and under your responsibility.

12.9 In the event that the Product for which the withdrawal has been exercised has suffered a decrease in value resulting from a handling of the goods other than that necessary to clearly identify the same, the refund amount will be reduced by an amount equal to such decrease in value. La Versione di Gunter will notify you  of the circumstance and the consequent reduced amount of reimbursement, providing you, in the event that the refund has already been paid, the bank details for the payment of the amount due by you due to the decrease in value of the Product.

12.10

In the event that the right of withdrawal does not apply, this exclusion will be given specific and express communication in the Product Sheet and, in any case, during the purchase process, before you proceed with the transmission of the order.  We remind you  in any case that, pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded, among other things, in the event that the sale has as its object:
(i) tailor-made or clearly personalized products;
(ii) sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons, which have been opened after delivery.

13. VARIOUS

13.1 By placing an order on the Site, you consent to receive the invoice, if requested, only in electronic format. The invoice may be printed and archived as original in accordance with Ministerial Circular 45/E, 19/10/2005. For the issuance of the invoice, the information  provided by you  will prevail, which declares the and guarantees to be true, obliging you to keep La Versione di Gunter harmless and indemnified from any damage, including penalties issued by the competent authorities, may derive from the same in the event of non-compliance with the truth of the same.

13.2 La Versione di Gunter is a registered trademark. Photos, texts, descriptions and everything contained in the Site are the property of GUNTER S.R.L.. The reproduction in whole or in part of any part of the Site is prohibited; it is also forbidden to reproduce texts or photos for any use and in any form and in any case without the prior written authorization of GUNTER S.R.L.

13.3 La Versione di Gunter is not responsible for any damage suffered by you or a third party or to property  owned by you or third parties due to delays in delivery or related to the use of the Product.

 

14. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

14.1

All Products sold on the Site are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided for in Articles. 128-135 of Legislative Decree no. 128-135 of the Consumer Code (Legal Guarantee). The Legal Guarantee is reserved for consumers. Therefore, it is applied only if you have made the purchase on the Site for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity you may have carried out. 
Those who have purchased on the Site and who do not hold the quality of consumers will be applied the guarantee for defects of the thing sold, the guarantee for lack of promised and essential quality and the other guarantees provided for by the Civil Code with the relative terms, forfeitures and limitations.

  

15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION; OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION - ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION / ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15.1 The contracts concluded between users of the Site and La Versione di Gunter are governed by Italian law and the competent court is exclusively the Court of Modena. It is without prejudice to the application to consumer users who do not have their habitual residence in Italy of any more favorable and mandatory provisions provided for by the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence, in particular in relation to the term for exercising the right of withdrawal, the deadline for returning the Products,  in case of exercise of this right, to the methods and formalities of the communication of the same and to the legal guarantee of conformity.

15.2 Pursuant to art. 141-sexies, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n.206 (Consumer Code), La Versione di Gunter informs the user who holds the status of consumer referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code, that, in the event that he has submitted a complaint to La Versione di Gunter, as a result of which it has not been possible to find a negotiated solution,  La Versione di Gunter will provide information about the Alternative Dispute Resolution bodies for the out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to the obligations arising from a contract concluded on the basis of these General Conditions of Sale (so-called ADR bodies, as indicated in articles 141-bis and ss. Consumer Code).

15.3 La Versione di Gunter also informs the user who qualifies as a consumer referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code that a European platform has been established for the online resolution of consumer disputes (so-called ODR platform). The ODR platform can be consulted at the following address http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/; through the ODR platform the consumer user will be able to consult the list of ADR entities, find the link to the website of each of them and start an online dispute resolution procedure in which he is involved.
In any case, the consumer's right to appeal to the competent ordinary judge of the dispute arising from these General Conditions of Sale is reserved.

15.4 The user who resides in a member state of the European Union other than Italy, may also access, for any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of these General Conditions of Sale, the European procedure established for small claims, by Council Regulation (EC) No. 861/2007 of 11 July 2007, provided that the value of the dispute does not exceed,  excluding interest, fees and expenses, Euro 2.000,00. 16. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS

16.1 It is possible to request information, send communications, request assistance or forward complaints, by contacting Customer Service in the following ways:
