100% Pinot Noir, ripened under a blazing sun.
HARVEST
Rigorously and lovingly by hand.
One at a time, each bunch of grapes is delicately placed in baskets with the utmost care.
VINIFICATION
12 months in oak barrels.
ON THE PALATE
Juicy, and precise, with a fruity aroma of plums and fleshy cherries and delicate notes of violet flowers.
