Matured for 12 months in earthenware amphorae and tinajas.
ON THE PALATE
From the mix of vines comes a mix of aromas: balsamic notes of kermes oak, cistus and orange trees. From its aging in 'primitive' containers comes the clear perception of succulence, viscosity and exoticism.
OCCASIONS THAT MAKE MAGIC
It is a wine that would not be well understood in the hubbub of a student pub. Better to listen to what it has to say in a secluded, quiet place.
