VINIFICATION
Fermentation in barriques. Aged for 12 months in 228-litre French oak barrels. Batonnage once every 10 days for 9 months maturing on fine lees. Bottled according to the lunar calendar, without filtration.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye, it displays a deep colour. The nose arrives with aromas of white flowers, yellow fruits and citrus notes. On the palate it is powerful and fascinating, with a beautiful structure and a powerful minerality that lends freshness, balance and finesse.

To celebrate achieving a goal that seemed unattainable, like the steep rows of vines on which its grapes grow.
