VINIFICATION
Gently crushed and pressed to extract all the aromas, colour and flavour. Slow, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it is golden yellow, whilst the nose reveals subtle, fruity notes. On the palate, it displays balanced acidity, good sapidity, a pleasant minerality and a dry, elegant character.
