VINIFICATION
Whole clusters are gently pressed, and the must undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with no added sulphur dioxide. The wine is then aged for nine months on its fine lees, also in stainless steel.
ON THE PALATE
Bright straw yellow in colour. The nose is elegant and precise, revealing citrus aromas alongside notes of fresh white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it stands out for its vibrant tension, with lively acidity supported by a pronounced volcanic minerality and salinity.
