VINIFICATION
Pressing is pneumatic, at low pressure. 50% of the must is fermented in 300-litre French oak barrels. Matured for 6-8 months, the wine is then blended, clarified and filtered until April, the month in which it is bottled.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it glows a brilliant golden colour. On the palate it reveals aromas of exotic fruit, citrus and toasted almonds. Fresh, rich and complex, it delivers a sensual and persistent finish.
