By hand. In 20 kg crates.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are crushed and trodden. One remontage per day, fermentation with natural yeasts. It rests 6 months in stainless steel tanks and is then bottled.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye, it has a beautiful, captivating straw-yellow colour that highlights the finesse of its vinification. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant: blending white-skinned fruit and citrus fruits.
