Stefano Peyrani’s winery is a small, rigorous estate in the heart of the Asti Monferrato, born from a clear vision: to give Barbera the time it deserves. A project built with patience and consistency, defined by extremely low yields, vintages deliberately not produced, and choices that are never accommodating.
Here, the work in both vineyard and cellar is essential and respectful, focused on crafting wines of depth and longevity. The result is a very rare production of Barbera d’Asti that does not seek immediacy, but instead moves through the years with character and elegance.
