VINIFICATION
2-stage carbonic maceration with partial harvest and traditional crushing. 10 months in 2000 litre European oak barrels. 8 months ageing on its lees with weekly batonnage.
ON THE PALATE
An explosion of ripe red fruit with hints of spices. Complex, subtle, it has lively acid notes and hints of coffee and dark chocolate.
