VINIFICATION
Spontaneous fermentation with subsequent maceration of the skins for 40 days, followed by ageing for 12 months in neutral casks.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it has a very open ruby colour. The nose arrives with a fresh, pure and intense perfume, with notes of bitter red fruit and pomegranate. On the palate it has a particularly fine and elegant opening, with excellent depth.
