VINIFICATION
Fermentation is spontaneous, with a total maceration time of 40 days. Aging takes place in 228-liter French oak barrels for 36 months, followed by 12 months in 500-liter vats and 6 years of bottle aging.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye, it shows a rather dark color. On the nose, it reveals a full-bodied and vibrant character. On the palate, it is quite intense, but thanks to its structure, it never feels heavy. It requires time to be enjoyed at its best.
