VINIFICATION
The grapes are hand-picked and transported in 18kg containers. Once in the winery, they receive a whole cluster pressing, and undergo cold decanting and spontaneous fermentation in horizontal vats. Maturation, in stainless steel barrels, lasts 5 months.
ON THE PALATE
The nose arrives with a distinct minerality and freshness. The palate reveals pineapple aromas, with hints of citrus fruits. The finish expresses smoky hints and a good sapidity.
