ON THE PALATE
Citrusy colour. Decisive, pure and mineral, with a touch of grapefruit and salts that tantalize the palate and prove its oceanic origins.
EVENTS IT MAKES MAGICAL
The vines this wine is made from are planted in crevices in the rock at the foot of the volcanic mountain, so close to the ocean that locals say you can even hear the crabs singing from there. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you might hear it too as you raise your glass up to your lips.
