Whole cluster pressing followed by spontaneous fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. A minimal intervention winemaking approach, designed to preserve the full expression of its volcanic terroir.

Taut, fresh, and deeply mineral. Its distinctive salinity shaped by the vineyards' constant proximity to the ocean is complemented by notes of Azorean pineapple and passion fruit, supported by vibrant acidity that delivers an elegant, long, and remarkably characterful finish.
