85% Arinto dos Açores + 15% combination of Verdelho, Boal (Malvasia Fina) and Alicante Branco (Boal de Alicante).
HARVEST
By hand.
VINIFICATION
Direct pressing, 12h cold decanting, first pressing vinified horizontally in stainless steel (75%), second pressing fermented in 3 year old French oak barrels (25%), without batonnage for 9 months .
ON THE PALATE
Citrusy straw yellow colour. Strong aromas of iodine and salt, with a hint of linden. The opening salvo is dense and the acidity lingers until the end of the taste.

Future ones. This is a wine you can keep in your cellar until 2035 with no problem whatsoever.
