ON THE PALATE
A pale rosé, its delicate hue reminiscent of rose petals and the glow of sunset over rolling hills. On the nose, it reveals fresh aromas of wild strawberries, pomegranate, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is lively and elegant, with vibrant freshness and a distinctive minerality that invite another sip.
OCCASIONS THAT MAKE MAGIC
A Sorbara that surprises by breaking free from convention. It is not a wine of habit or predictable choices. This rosé comes into its own at elegant dinners, where the atmosphere is thoughtfully curated and every detail matters, yet it is equally at home in carefree moments of celebration, when a simple smile is enough to make the evening unforgettable.
